My formatting services are split into four separate size brackets, anywhere from a short story to a massive tome, to keep my work affordable for any kind of project. Additionally, the base price is for EPUB only formatting, with paperback formatting being an add-on with no hidden costs baked in.

I also partner with my wife Kit to offer custom chapter headers and scene dividers to make your words look even more professional and unique.

Instructions / Terms & Conditions

Please have the following ready: deadline, dedication (optional), epigraph (optional), book content, back matter content such as acknowledgements, author bio, also by etc. (optional), any interior files (images, author photo, prepared chapter headers/scene dividers, etc), and EPUB cover (.JPG, front cover only, temporary covers are okay).

I can create the copyright page, but please have listed the name of the editor (if applicable), cover artists/designer/photographer (including if you did it yourself), any clauses you would like to include (such as no AI clauses, etc) and ASIN/ISBN.

First two revisions and corrections are free, after that I will charge a $10 fee for additional large changes. Small corrections any time after commission completion (such as removing a blurb, adding a new title to an "also by" page, etc) come with a $5 flat fee, unless otherwise agreed upon by me. There is a $20 rush fee for any deadlines within two weeks of commission.

Anticipate 2-4 week turnaround, but it might also be quicker. You're welcome to message me either here or on Discord (@mothfolk) for updates on your commission. All copyright pages will feature credits to Olive J. Kelley for formatting. I will not work on any projects that have been made in any part by generative AI, including the cover. All commissions are considered commercial, and there is no additional fee for you to sell your finished product.
